Hopes and Dreams

So haven't written on here in abit. Really need to keep up. I recently went back to work part time for now as hours are shorter due to Covid. Really wished i could have just focused on my art and could rely on that for sales - income. It's hard to promote one's self and to get your name out and generate sales.

Really not feeling my work place lately but that could be i was off for 3 months. It's not overly hard job but it's also not very rewarding it doesn't fulfill my thirst in the creativity department. Might be time for a career change something new something exciting, something that offers benefits and makes you feel good about yourself. The whole world is different now.

Im going to change how my website looks and my goals for this hobbie / investment in my work. I plan on buying my own printer eventually and being able to build my own frames for canvas or selling prints locally. Might start of with a smaller printer for 8x10 prints and try to sell those leading up to a bigger printer for wider format prints. Takes time. Just got to believe that your time and energy put forth in your work is worth it. Have to stay focused on the positivity that led you to go in this direction and also to teach yourself about different programs to make composite images and just to get out there and thrive to your best ability.

Makes me happy when i see the community we've built come together and enjoy artwork and try to brighten each others days by just being positive.
